Flavours is a market style restaurant where you can stroll around the buffet and sample the best international culinary favorites cooked up by Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort's master chefs. Live cooking adds a personal touch to your experience, in which your favorite dishes are cooked just the way you like it. Seemingly popular to this day is our Wednesday Seafood Night with lavish selections of the best Seafood on offer in Abu Dhabi.

Breakfast:
Start the 1st meal of the day in Flavours Restaurant with a wide selection of Breakfast Items for AED 110. Breakfast is served from 6:00 - 10:30.

Lunch:
Lunch is offered daily from 12:00 - 15:30 at AED 145 net, come and enjoy our Market Style buffet where you can choose you ingredients and let the chef prepare it to your desire. Or perhaps something lighter for Lunch enjoy our Salad Bar and let the chef prepare you some fresh sushi & sashimi.

Dinner:
Flavours Restaurant serves daily Dinner from 19:00 - 23:30 enjoy the International buffet with our grill live section and fresh sushi & sashimi prepared in front of you.

Every Monday is Orient Night, the best of eastern and far eastern cuisine including a free flow of red and white wine. Enjoy your dinner wile listening to the sounds from the piano.
Every Monday from 19:00 to 23:30

Lobster, Crab, Oysters, Shrimps, Sushi, Sashimi this is just a few items of our lavish Seafood Buffet come every Wednesday and enjoy the best Seafood Night in town.

Friday is Brunch time! Flavours is offering a large Brunch Buffet with Roasts of Day, Live wok section, Seafood Corner, Pasta Corner, Sushi & Sashimi and not to forget our large selection of pastries and ice creams.  The buffet comes along with a free flow of Bubbly throughout the afternoon.
