Florence comes to Abu Dhabi: Celebrate the Italian way of life at La Mamma!

March 17 and 20 from 5pm-7pm with Chef Fabrizio, followed by a 3-coursedinner for AED 195* net per person, limited seats available.

Wine pairing dinner
Dine with the experts: Representatives from the Tuscan wineries Capanna and Varashin will host wine pairing dinners on March 18th and 19th. Expect a lavish 4-course-dinner, starting with a Cocktail reception at 8pm in Cloud Nine Cigar Bar. Limited seats are available for AED 235* per person.

La Mamma

The main attraction of La Mamma Italian restaurant is the open kitchen in which guests can observe our Italian chef Massimo preparing dishes, reflecting the true soul of the cultural diverse Italy. Using mainly Italian ingredients, recipes passed on for generations and his contemporary twist, La Mamma's cuisine is both traditional and innovative.

• Tuna Carpaccio roll with tomatoes, eggplant, pine nuts and raisins with basil dressing
• Spaghetti pasta with clams and mullet roe ‘Bottarga'
• Veal cutlets, Milanese style with roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach
